Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Our commitment

TeamBeam believes a team experience should include everyone — and so should our website. We are committed to making our digital and in-person experiences accessible to people of all abilities, and to improving continuously.

Standards we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target standard for this website. These guidelines help make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for everyone.

What we're doing

  • Using clear structure, headings, and readable typography.
  • Maintaining strong color contrast and not relying on color alone to convey meaning.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and respecting reduced-motion preferences.
  • Writing descriptive text for meaningful images and interactive controls.
  • Designing layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and assistive technology.

Accessibility at our experiences

Every experience is designed to include the whole team. When we plan an event, we ask about accessibility and dietary needs up front and build them into the design — venue access, formats, and activities — so no one is left out. If you have specific requirements, tell us early and we'll handle it.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed (such as maps or external tools) may not fully meet our accessibility target. Where that happens, we provide alternative ways to get the same information — for example, our full address and contact details in text alongside any map.

Tell us about a barrier

If you encounter any part of this site or our services that's hard to use, please tell us — it genuinely helps. Email [email protected] with the page and the problem, and we'll work to fix it and offer you the information you need in another format in the meantime.
