TeamBeam designs, delivers, and measures team experiences. The website describes our offerings in general terms; the specific scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between us and the client.
You agree not to use our site or services to do anything unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
The TeamBeam name, logo, brand, the TeamBeam Method, BeamScore, and all site content are owned by TeamBeam or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed for your own internal reference.
We work with venues, facilitators, vendors, and other partners. Where a third party provides part of an experience, their own terms may also apply. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
The website is provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we don't warrant that it is complete or error-free. Outcomes from team experiences depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, TeamBeam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
